We specialize in providing Breakdown Repair Cover to American Domestic Appliances. We mainly deal with makes such as Amana, Maytag and Admiral. We are the only UK Company to offer such an exclusive breakdown service where we offer Specialist Care Plans to our customers that are both comprehensive and not age related. In other words we can offer these care plans on appliances that are above 5 years and up to 25 years old and sometimes more. Unfortunately nowadays appliances are built to a price and not to a quality. So when you hear the expression “old is gold” it’s very much the case when it comes to American Domestic Household Appliances- in fact you probably agree that it’s the case in most manufactured items of today.
When your appliance fails it can be quite a headache trying to find a company who not only deals with your brand but also who are not going to over- charge you with expensive callout and parts. Finding a company who knows what they’re doing as well as being reasonable is very difficult and time consuming –and parts can sometimes be very costly.
Most insurance companies do not cover any appliances over 10 years old, and cover every make/model of appliances- everything from your boiler to your microwave under that age.
